Established in 2002 , Erawana Co., Ltd. has developed over 13 residential projects, comprising more than 150 villas in Phuket. Initially, we started with the very successful "Royal Estate: The Park" development in the Rawai/Nai Harn area. A 30-year lease period is legally protected under Thai law and ownership cannot be disrupted. It is common for developers to offer an additional two terms of 30 contractually obligating a total of 90 years.
